Wedding Cake & Cupcake Information
All of my Wedding Cakes, Layer Cakes,
Cupcakes and Custom Cookie Favors are baked to order from scratch using only
the freshest, finest quality ingredients in my licensed home kitchen in
beautiful Appleton, Maine. All of my rich, buttery cakes, cookies and
buttercream flavors are made in small batches, one at a time, just for you!
I never use a box mix!
My Wedding Cakes, Cupcakes and Custom Cookie Favors are made fresh with Land O Lakes Butter, Domino Sugar, Pure Nielsen-Massey Vanilla, Gold Medal or King Arthur Flour, Premium Ghirardelli Chocolates, Wild Maine Blueberries from Midcoast Maine, Fresh Georgia Pecans, Walnuts & Almonds, Fresh Lemons, Fresh Penzey’s Spices, Oakhurst Sour Cream and Heavy Cream and Local Farm-Fresh Eggs.

The prices are for 4", 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 14" and 16” round and square cakes and are configured according to the number of servings you will need….see the cake cutting guides below for servings for round and square cakes.

Cake" Pricing...
This rich, decadent Carrot Cake is loaded
with carrots, pineapple, coconut, golden raisins and
if you prefer your choice
of pecans or walnuts. Why is it "Presidential" you might ask? I was honored to
make the birthday cake for President George H.W. Bush in celebration of his 85th
birthday! Carrot Cake with double vanilla buttercream stacked with pretty
white on white starfish cookies and super delicious to eat!

sweet butter this “European Style Buttercream” has a soft, smooth, whipped
texture that is very slightly sweetened

In season fruits,
vegetables, berries &
herbs, whole nuts, extensive buttercream decoration,
white chocolate ribbon roses & decorations are extra and the fee is based
on product cost and
the time involved creating the needed item.
Delivery & setup is provided for order
totals of $750.00 or more. The $750.00 minimum does
not
include the delivery and set up fee itself, stand charges or garnish extras.
Delivery is $2.50 per one way mile from 2755 Appleton Ridge Road, Appleton,
Maine 04862 and mapquest.com
is used to determine mileage. Extra charges will
apply for unique delivery situations. There is
a $50.00
minimum for delivery and setup.
